Planning Committee

Since Spring 2023, a group of arts administrators have gathered on a weekly Wednesday zoom meeting to imagine new ways to solve the Atlanta Metro’s arts funding crises. We welcome nonprofit arts administrators based in the 11 County Metro Region to join the conversation as we enter into a phase of strategic planning and capacity building.

Please note that the requirements of participation in this working committee are high in order to keep this project moving forward.

We ask that committee members:

  • Attend a weekly Wednesday Zoom meeting at 3 p.m., aiming to attend at least 50% of the meetings each month.

  • Commit to participating in all requested votes on decisions related to, but not limited to, the intermediary's governance, fundraising, and grant distribution.

  • Understand that both this committee and any future governing board will maintain a majority of Arts Administrators as members.

  • Understand that my involvement with this committee does not guarantee financial support for my organization from the intermediary.
